And, that helps to minimize their effect.

This is huge! It gets your customer's attention and gives you the best chance of capturing a review, instead of just sending a boring text that gets ignored. We are able to send a photo of you or your team or work place, and auto-populate the customers name on the image. This will lead to more reviews than you think!
Our pricing tiers are based on the number of new review requests you would like to send out each month.
So if you want to request up to 50 requests per month, that would be on the Starter plan. The Growth plan is 50-100 requests per month. The Pro plan is 100-300 requests per month.
All plans include a review reactivation at the beginning where we can reactivate your list of previous customers whether it's 100 previous customers or 3,000. Those are drip fed based on your recent review frequency. It is important to note that follow ups are also included in each plan. So on the lowest plan we request 50 reviews per month, and we will also follow up with those customers based on your follow up settings. Please let us know it there are any names you do not want to disturb.
We offer bundle pricing for multi-location or franchise businesses. Contact out team and we will tailor a plan that works for you.
We recommend 1 initial review request post service then 2 gentle reminders. However this can be turned up or down in your dashboard. We definitely do not constantly request reviews from all your customers every week or month. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or following a service.
If you serve your customers every week and then every week they got a review request and follow ups, that would be overkill. We have a 30 day cool down period.
This means if we request a review from Molly and she goes through the follow ups and never leaves a review. We will not message her for 30 days. After 30 days if Molly is still an active customers and hasn't left a review after her next service she will be asked to leave a review again.
We take your past customer list (minus any you deem DND-Do Not Disturb) and drip feed personalized image review requests over time. This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews without any additional work. If you have 1,000 previous customers you will just upload them to Get The Edge Services and we will be able to generate around 100-150 new real reviews from your customers over the following weeks.
If you get a new review while working with Get The Edge Services, we will know what customer has left that review. However, we will not know what customers have left you a review before working with us. You can contact us and we can manually remove people who may have already left a review. However, Google loves updated reviews right now. So getting old customers to update their reviews can be incredibly valuable too. When a customer leaves a review through our service, we will no longer message them.
If there are any people that you do not want to ask for a review, you can mark them as "Do Not Disturb" and send that list to us for your account.
